I'm on maternity leave until September 2nd, 2026. Léon, a fellow osteopath, is available to take care of you in the meantime!

What is osteopathy ?

Osteopathy is a gentle manual therapy that considers the body as a whole.

It is based on a refined listening to the tissues and the body’s internal movements, in order to identify areas of tension, restriction, or imbalance. Through precise and adapted techniques, it supports the body in restoring its natural mobility and self-regulating capacity.

Each person is unique. This is why osteopathy is suitable for everyone: infants, children, adults, pregnant women, athletes, and the elderly.

Whether addressing physical pain, functional disorders, or more subtle imbalances related to stress or emotions, osteopathy offers a global, respectful approach that is deeply attuned to the living body.

Precision, softness, and holistic approach to healing.

My specialities

Pregnant Woman

Osteopathy gently supports the body throughout pregnancy by relieving tension and improving mobility.
It helps reduce common discomforts such as back pain, pelvic tension, and digestive issues.

All techniques are carefully adapted to the specific needs of pregnancy. I have received dedicated training in women’s health and baby care, ensuring a safe, gentle, and appropriate approach at every stage.

Babies

Osteopathy offers gentle support to your baby by helping the body adapt and settle after birth. It can ease discomfort related to delivery, such as feeding difficulties, digestive tension, or restlessness.

Using a delicate and attentive touch, the treatment encourages release within the tissues and supports your baby’s natural development and comfort.

Each session is carried out in a calm and reassuring environment, respecting your baby’s pace while offering a moment of ease for both baby and parents.

Digestion

Osteopathy can support digestive function by addressing areas of tension that may affect the mobility and rhythm of the digestive system. It can help relieve common issues such as bloating, reflux, constipation, or abdominal discomfort.

Through a gentle and precise touch, the treatment encourages better circulation and coordination within the body, supporting a more balanced and comfortable digestion.

Cranio-sacral Therapy

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle and subtle approach that works with the body’s inherent rhythms. During the session, I place my hands lightly on the skull and the sacrum to listen to the body’s natural movements and identify areas of restriction.

The treatment helps release deep tensions within the nervous system, supporting relaxation and restoring a sense of balance. This work helps with stress, sleep disturbances, headaches, and emotional tension, creating space for both physical and inner ease.

Testimonial Quotes

I usually don't give reviews, but I have to give Dr. Diane 10 stars. I saw five chiropractors in the US and no one could help me with my chronic low back pain. During one hour, Diane explained to me what treatment to follow and she educated me on what to do at home to alleviate the pain. I felt relief after a few days after her gentle adjustment. I am very grateful for finding her. The place was very quiet and clean and you feel like at home when there. I felt heard, not rushed. I highly recommend this business.

Who am i

I have been practicing osteopathy since 2015, beginning my journey in Paris where I worked for five years, with a particular focus on supporting pregnant women, babies, and the post-partum period. During this time, I had the opportunity to work in specialized clinics dedicated to women’s health and early life care.
Nearly six years ago, I opened my practice in Lisbon, where I now welcome a wide range of patients. My approach is rooted in a tissue-based, fascia-focused osteopathy, guided by deep listening, empathy, and respect for each individual’s story.I believe that every session is unique. I take the time to adapt my work to your needs, your body, and the moment you are going through. Building a relationship of trust and offering a truly personalized support is at the heart of my practice.

Osteopathy is more than a profession for me — it is a vocation. I have always felt drawn to this path, and it continues to shape me every day. My patients teach me as much as I support them, and this mutual exchange is something I deeply value.

I speak French, English, and Portuguese, which allows me to care for both local and international patients.
Choosing to live in Lisbon came naturally to me. This city resonates with who I am — it is where I feel grounded, aligned, and truly myself.
